How to Apply

E-Rate Eligible Services List

The SLD has posted a revised Eligible Services List in the Reference Area of its web site www.sl.universalservice.org/reference/eligible.asp

Click on the Eligible Services List link to see a PDF document with information about products and services eligible for E-rate discounts, and the conditions under which they are eligible. Additions or revisions to the list are highlighted in bold.

ND SchoolNet Consortium E-Rate Application

What is the ND SchoolNet Consortium E-Rate Application?

The ND SchoolNet Consortium E-Rate Application is filed for all E-Rate eligible schools on STAGEnet. The application covers Internet and connectivity related costs for North Dakota schools. The ND SchoolNet E-Rate application process is coordinated by a state-level E-Rate team:

CIPA Requirements for the Consortium Application

The ND SchoolNet Consortium E-Rate Application requires that all schools connected to STAGEnet comply with CIPA and have a signed Form 479 on file with EduTech. Your school will be contact by EduTech if you have not filed a Form 479.

Letter of Agency Requirements for the Consortium Application

The ND SchoolNet Consortium E-Rate Application requires that all schools connected to STAGEnet have a signed Letter of Agency on file with EduTech. Your school will be contacted by EduTech if you have not filed this letter.
