Who do I call when I cannot connect to a class?

If you are the host site (the school where the teacher is), your site coordinator should call the ITD Service Desk at 877.328.4470.

If you are a receive site (the school(s) receiving a class from the host site) your site contact should call the host site contact.

Who do I call if the videoconferencing equipment malfunctions?

Teachers should contact your school’s site contact to do the initial equipment troubleshooting.

If your site contact is unable to detect and resolve the equipment malfunction, he/she should call the ITD Service Desk at 877.328.4470.

Who do I call if I have an equipment operation question?

Teachers should contact your school’s site contact.

Site contacts should call the ITD Service Desk at 877.328.4470.

Who do I call if I have a class scheduling problem or question?

Teachers and site contacts should call your consortium director.
